The number of participants of online courses is limited and places are booked on receipt of registration. A registration is considered a firm written commitment to book a place on the course. Once an application is accepted by means of an email, the invoice will be issued and sent by email and the course fee becomes due to Online TEFL Teacher. Courses booked are non-refundable. In the event that you cannot attend all/any of the course sessions, you should inform Online TEFL Teacher at least 2 weeks prior to the first day of the course by means of an email. In the case of serious illness, emergency or other similarly valid reasons – Online TEFL Teacher may, at its sole discretion, allow a one-time course postponement to the next course dates, of which you will be notified in due course. In that case, the course fee will still be due for payment prior to the original course start date and will be held in credit on your account for the re-scheduled dates.

1. I authorize Online TEFL Teacher (OTT) to process any personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR) of the European Union and to transfer/disclose such data to other companies within the Online TEFL Teacher (OTT) group of companies as deemed necessary for the provision of the services enrolled for the purposes associated thereto. Online TEFL Teacher (OTT) will retain the data for the duration of 10 years.
2. I understand and agree that for attendance purposes, I shall leave my webcam on at all times when attending the course. Video and sound may be recorded by the host/s (trainee/s): I consent to being photographed, filmed, recorded for training, accreditation and attendance purposes. All recordings will be be kept for only as long as necessary

• Please note: EU citizens residing in Malta are eligible for a 75% refund of the TEFL and TELT course fee on successful completion of the course. .

• Our TEFL Award Course and TELT Exam Course are eligible for funding under the Training Pays Scheme. The scheme offers assistance in the form of a training grant to aid participants with costs related to training. The grant will be awarded to the eligible individual (trainee) after the successful completion of their training. Grants are equivalent to 75% of the direct training cost excluding VAT but will not exceed the maximum amount of €1,000. The minimum threshold for an application to be accepted will be set at €100.
