Who we are

Online TEFL Teacher is an organisation of ELT professionals conceived to bring quality online, learner-centred, experiential professional teacher training and development, under our Academic Director, Alan Marsh.

Our website address is: https://onlineteflteacher.com.

Minimum number per Course

The minimum number of participants per course may vary depending on the course. OTT reserves the right to postpone any course for which the number of participants does not meet or exceed the minimum required or for other operational reasons beyond our control. In any such event, registered participants will be advised by email of the new dates and participants need not re-apply. Their application will be transferred to the rescheduled dates accordingly

Cancellation Policy

The number of participants of online courses is limited and places are booked on receipt of registration. A registration is considered a firm written commitment to book a place on the course. Once an application is accepted by means of an email, the invoice will be issued and sent by email and the course fee becomes due to Online TEFL Teacher. Courses booked are non-refundable. In the event that you cannot attend all/any of the course sessions, you should inform Online TEFL Teacher at least 2 weeks prior to the first day of the course by means of an email. In the case of serious illness, emergency or other similarly valid reasons – Online TEFL Teacher may, at its sole discretion, allow a one-time course postponement to the next course dates, of which you will be notified in due course. In that case, the course fee will still be due for payment prior to the original course start date and will be held in credit on your account for the re-scheduled dates.

LIABILITY

Online TEFL Teacher (OTT) will endeavour to deliver courses as scheduled, and subject to minimum numbers per course. In the event of any claims for refund or compensation, OTT shall only be liable to the monetary value of the course fee and reserves the right to review any claims for refund in accordance with the cancellation/refund policy stated herein, on a case-by-case basis. The course Administrator’s decision is final.
